How to Place Your Order

Anyone visiting Images of Home can easily place an order utilizing the shopping cart system that is located on the ORDER page of this website.

With every order we will need a CLEAR, COLOR photo of the house for which the portrait is being created. We can accept photos via email or regular 'snail' mail. When submitting photos by regular mail please send them to this address:

The average turn around time for a house portrait is about 3-4 weeks.

Shipping

A shipping fee of $9.95 is applied to every order. We ship our orders via the US postal system. We usually ship Priority Mail, but if you should choose to have your order shipped overnight via Express Mail an increased shipping fee will be applied to your grand total. The amount of this fee will be dependent upon your location and will be calculated and added onto your grand total only after we have received your approval to do so.

At 'Images of Home' we stand by the quality and presentation of our artwork. When placing an order with our company you are commissioning a one-of-a-kind piece of art that is custom made especially for you.

We do our best to stay in contact with you throughout the portrait creation process. We will email a photo or scan of your portrait when it is close to completion. This gives you the opportunity to let us know of any changes that may be needed and at this point we will do our best to make any corrections. When the portrait is complete we will email you a photo or scan of the finalized version. Once we have your approval we will get your portrait ready for shipment.

We will gladly replace any product that is received in a damaged state. If this occurs, please report to us via email within 48 hours of the receipt of the portrait. Your package insert will indicate how to contact us in case of a problem.

At "Images of Home" we accept credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express - for payment when placing your order through our secure shopping cart system.
