Due to the overwhelming popularity of our house portraits as a holiday gift giving idea we have set up ordering due dates:
 
If ordering a house portrait as a Holiday 2011 gift you must place your order prior to Nov. 15, 2011.

If you should choose to order a custom house portrait after Nov. 15, 2011 we cannot guarantee that your order will be completed and shipped in time for the holiday gift giving season. Orders placed after November 15, 2011 will be accepted, BUT NOT PROCESSED.

***HOWEVER***Up until Dec. 1, 2011 your order will be CONSIDERED if you agree to pay an  expedited shipping fee. Please understand that this is our busy season so whether or not your order is processed will be left up to the artist's order schedule.

Should you place an order anytime during the 2011 holiday season we will be sure to contact you via email or phone to discuss your 'need by date'. We ship via United States Postal Service Express Mail. The expedited ship fee will be determined once we have your zip code.
